If your connection goes down and you call before noon, we dispatch a technician that same business day with a clear ETA. We proactively communicate status — no wondering when someone will show up. This is a Plus package feature.
It depends on your setup. Many VPN configurations work with dynamic IPs, but if your employer or your own infrastructure requires whitelisting a fixed IP, a static IP address is available in the Plus package. We'll tell you honestly whether you need it.
Yes. No Router Restrictions means you can bring your own gateway. We provision the connection and hand off to your hardware. The Core plan also includes our 10Gbps Calix commercial router if you'd prefer managed hardware.
